Who We Are
Tejas Ear, Nose and Throat, P.A. offers the latest in proven medical and surgical care for diseases which affect the ear, nose and throat, in addition to comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults and pediatrics. Fifty percent of our practice is dedicated to pediatrics. Dr. Tamez treats entire families which is why he chose Ear, Nose and Throat/ Head and Neck Surgery as a specialty. He loves engaging with children and loves to see them grow to their genetic potential and live a healthy/fruitful life.

JoAnn, along with Dr. Tamez, created Tejas Ear, Nose and Throat in 2002. She is a strong advocate of premiere patient care and customer service. She has over 25 years combined experience in customer service, marketing and management.

Allergy Department Supervisor
Jamie is a certified mixer of immunotherapy and supervises everything within the Allergy Department at Tejas Ear, Nose and Throat. She is originally from San Francisco, California and moved to Austin, Texas in 2009. Jamie started working at Tejas in 2018 after working several years for a practice where she trained alongside board certified allergists.
